KCS – PRO EXPLORE TROLLEY

This trolleys frame and pads are designed to fit oval and round hatches. The dismantled unit takes up a tiny space, it just fits on top of your gear. Last in is your Trolley and first out.

No tools required comes apart and assembled easily without any fuss.  

As with all of our trolleys it is very strong to take the weight of fully laden expedition kayaks, on and off ferry ramps on long and rough terrain portages.  

The wheels are the only large item, and they can be stowed either on the rear deck or in the cockpit as some have space beyond the foot pegs.

All our trolleys are made from the same robust, yet lightweight materials, with a thick and dense foam to protect your kayak.

Comes complete with all parts and a strap complete with buckle protector.

THIS TROLLEY COMES WITH EITHER 8” OR 10” PNEUMATIC, OR 10” FOAM WHEELS.

• The 8” wheels fit in all hatches, including Rockpool kayaks.
• The 10” pneumatic wheels fit in all hatches of all other Sea Kayaks including NDK’s 10″ hatches. These can also be deflated slightly to fit more easily into tight 10” hatches.
• The 10” foam are easier to maintain and completely puncture proof, but these DO NOT fit into the NDK 10” hatches.

*Your trolley comes with a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase for the main frame and pads not lose their shape or wear out.  

Not covered by the guarantee are the axle, strap, wheels and foam for wear and tear, or damage by misuse of the trolley. Warranty does not cover alterations by heat or by any other source to change the original product. This includes removal of parts bonded in, inserts, or studs on the pads.

Honestly I think I’ve used just about every iteration of your expedition trolleys and the explore one is the creme de la creme. So much easier to pack than previous versions. Just as stable. Dead easy to click together and take apart. Well done and thank you!
