Two trolleys one for Sea Kayaks comes with a center extension and longer axle for Canadian Canoes and / or Sit on Top Kayaks.
Our Expedition Trolley has been around since 1990 when it was first launched and has gone through the process of being updated over the years
and now is the Mark 6. Tried and tested on all kinds of arduous portages with fully laden kayaks and survived them all, with even the first ones made still going strong since 1990.
The trolley assembes with ease and has only one large knurled hand nut to hold the frame together with the pads easy fitted with a keyhole which allows the pads to be pushed down and clicked in, no small nuts to try and secure them in. Very easy to dissamble to fit easly into the hatch without taking up much space in a fully,laden kayak.
NEW ACCESSORY now enclosed. Cockpit hook for the trolley strap fits into the rear of the Cockpit with a hook to hold the Trolley strap.
This extra will stop the Trolley from sliding back on the Kayak should you catch a large stone or other obstacle. Please see the images.
The Extension for the Canadian Canoe comes with an extension centre piece, a longer axle and a longer 4m strap.
Comes complete with all parts and a strap 2.5m to secure it to the kayak just behing the cockpit, and a longer strap for the Canadian Canoe.
Pads have 15mm thick foam to protect your kayak.

10″ Foam filled tyres which fit into oval hatches or the 10″ pneumatic tyres which fit into 10″ round hatches ( i.e. NDK or similar kayaks )
8″ pneumatic tyres are also available for sea kayaks with the smaller hatches ( some Rockpool kayaks for example )
Foam filled wheels do not suffer from salt corrosion on the valves and sand degrading the tube. I have used these for years and find them indistructable.
With pneumatic tyres it is advisable to keep the valves smothered in vaseline to stop corrossion from salt and sand into the inner tube.

Not covered by the guarantee are the axle, strap, wheels and foam for wear and tear, or damage by misuse of the trolley. Warranty does not cover alterations by heat or by any other source to change the original product. This includes removal of parts bonded in, inserts, or studs on the pads.
Please keep the axle clean by washing salt, sand and grit after use to retain the life long use of the Trolley.
