J Cradles when fitted to your Side Loading Bars the Cradles then bolt onto the plates with two bolts into each from the top with the Allan key supplied. Setting them up once only is required for the correct position for your kayak to be straight on the bars. These wider Cradles give extra support to the kayak and make loading much easier.
